Steel House Numbers Bring Both Style and Attention to Your Door

If you spend any time on Houzz or Pinterest you know there are literally endless ways to dress up the entryway to your home or business. These sites are a great way to see what’s new, what’s trending, and what the more creative minds of the world are doing with their time! Most often you see wreaths that change with the season, containers of bright local flowers, or baskets with greenery and gourds. One item remains constant however — somewhere on most front entrances you will find address numbers in some form or fashion. Whether painted or stuck on with premade numbers, having a visible address is important not only for friends and customers to locate your home or business but also for emergency services to find you quickly if needed.

One trend we’ve seen of late is having the house numbers right on the front door as an integral part of the design. Check out these two inviting doorways that show this look. While our eyes were drawn of course to the Radial Wave Sconces flanking the door on the right, the house numbers are very similar to our Steel House Numbers which are found in our Barn Hardware Collection. These powder-coated house numbers are hand crafted right here in America in a striking serif font that’s easy to read even from a distance. The 1/4″ thick numbers are made from heavy duty steel and are available in a variety of finish colors including galvanized, black, white, dark green and primary red.

For the home, these numbers will assure that your friends, mailman, or rescue squad can easily find your front door. If you own a business, these bold, attractive numbers will make it much easier for customers and delivery people to identify your entry. Your new house numbers come ready to install with all of the mounting hardware necessary including spacers and screws.
