Dinnerware Finish & Safety Info
Our enamelware is hand spun from steel, coated with porcelain enamel glass, then fired in a 1500-degree oven. To relieve the pressure that builds up in this oven, one or more vent holes are included in each design. The hole(s) are later sealed with silicon to prevent moisture intrusion.
All enamelware undergoes a quality control evaluation to ensure it meets our high standards. Some minor variations may occur due to our hands-on craftsmanship and manufacturing. These variations do not affect the functionality of the piece.
Caring for Porcelain: The porcelain finish, while dishwasher safe, is best preserved by hand washing with gentle soap. If placed in a dishwasher, avoid overcrowding to help protect the finish. Using silicone or wooden utensils will also prolong the life of the finish.
Caution: Every item in this collection is made from metal and thus not suitable for a microwave. Our cups may become very hot when used with high-temperature liquids. Please let the cup cool before handling or drinking.
Lead Times & Returns
Standard lead time is 7-14 business days. This is not applicable to commercial orders, Quick Ship lighting, or furniture. Quick Ship lighting has a standard lead time of 5-7 business days. Furniture requires a 4-6-week lead time. Copper and brass products have a longer lead time and may take up to 4 weeks to manufacture.
Returns are accepted for most products within 30 days of delivery. We do not accept returns on fixtures that have been installed or are damaged. There are no returns accepted on furniture items, natural metal products, or products assembled with GU24 sockets, integrated LED's or light bulbs. All fixtures undergo a strict quality control evaluation to ensure they meet our high standards; however, some minor blemishes may occur due to our hands-on construction and manufacturing processes. These blemishes do not affect the functionality of the fixture.
Finish Care & Maintenance
No metal fixture, no matter the finish, is guaranteed against corrosion, especially in salt air environments. If your fixture will be installed in a location near salt water, we recommend cleaning it monthly.
If your fixture is not installed in a location near salt water, we recommend periodic cleaning with a mild soap-and-water wash and gentle buffing to extend the life of our painted finishes.
