Copper & Brass
For oil-rubbed copper, weathered copper and brass finishes, slight variations may occur from shade to shade.
Copper and brass fixtures have a longer lead time and may take up to 4 weeks to manufacture. There are no returns accepted on these metals.
Copper is a "living" metal that, without regular cleaning, will undergo a natural weathering process. Much like the formation of rust on iron, a patina develops on copper which actually protects the metal. If you prefer the new-penny look of copper, you can keep it shiny with regular care with a gentle cleaning agent such as Bar Keeper's Friend.
Porcelain Enamel
Porcelain enamel, our signature finish, is celebrated for its protective properties and unique, high-gloss surface. Every porcelain shade is fired in a special oven. To relieve the pressure that builds up in these high temperatures, one or more vent holes are included in the shade's design. The hole(s) are later sealed with silicon to prevent any chance of moisture intrusion that could damage the shade.
All fixtures undergo a strict quality control evaluation to ensure they meet our high standards; however, some minor blemishes may occur due to our hands-on construction and manufacturing processes. These blemishes do not affect the functionality of the fixture.
Lead Times & Returns
Lead Time: Standard lead time is 7-14 business days. For products in our Quick Ship Collection, standard lead time is 5-7 business days. Products utilizing natural metals including brass and copper may take up to 20-30 business days to manufacture.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to current supply chain challenges and additional factors beyond Barn Light Electric's control, lead times may be longer than customary. Please contact our Customer Care Team if you have any questions or concerns regarding your order(s) at 321-269-2299. We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your extended patience.
Finish Care & Maintenance
No metal fixture, no matter the finish, is guaranteed against corrosion especially in salt air environments. If your fixture is installed in a location near salt water, we recommend cleaning it frequently.
If your fixture is not installed in a location near salt water, we recommend periodic cleaning with a mild soap-and-water wash and gentle buffing to extend the life of our painted finishes.
I called to ask about a custom length to fit the overhand on my kitchen windows. The rusted finish looks great and I'm very happy with these lights. I had found similar at restoration hardware for about double the price so was very happy to find these as they are a great value and good quality.

Galvanized finish is handsome and rustic. Construction of fixtures is sturdy. They were carefully packed, too. Good, responsive customer service with my questions when ordering online. Also ordered stem versions of same. Would order from Barn Electric again!

We bought 2 of these lights in black, 14" and 18" with the G11 arm. Like this arm the best bc not too bulky and long. Perfect for the house!

We installed an Original Warehouse Gooseneck light, 18 inch, with a G22 arm, on either side of the large overhead carriage house door on our new barn. They are perfect and blend with the vintage look we were striving to achieve. Very happy with the appearance and quality of the product. Our electrician was also impressed with the quality and had no issues with installation. I would definitely purchase products from this company again.

I purchased and installed two powder-coated 14" Gooseneck lights on my detached garage and am very happy with the product. The sturdy construction and heavy red finish adds a level of durability that I was looking to add to the my project. I'm looking forward to many years of enjoyment of the lights.

Love them. Put one on each entry 12" gooseneck original in black. Look so good on my farmhouse I built.

We purchased 8 of the 12" galvanized gooseneck G11arms for the outside of our new construction home in Oklahoma. We have had multi people commenting on their beauty. We love them and goes perfectly with the style of our home. Great quality and product from BLE. The seals do not line up very well is my only complaint so we caulked around them. Easy fix!

We installed the 12" Original Warehouse Gooseneck lamps flanking two double doors to our pool house in Napa Valley. The galvanized finish and scale of the fixture works perfectly in this application: a converted 1907 outbuilding on our property in wine country. The image is that of a "working light fixture" on a "working farmhouse" property in the country....thanks to Barn Light Electric.

We are very pleased with the product that we purchased, the look of it was what we were looking for. The customer service was great and the rep was very knowledgable about the products and services. She was very pleasant to talk with and very helpful. One of the most pleasant purchase experience I've had. Thank you for your service to our community.
