The Original™ is constructed the old-fashioned way: completely by hand, using commercial-grade materials. Customization options for this gooseneck light include multiple finish options — powder coat, copper or brass, and our signature high-gloss porcelain — and rugged guards.

Copper & Brass
For oil-rubbed copper, weathered copper and brass finishes, slight variations may occur from shade to shade.
Copper and brass fixtures have a longer lead time and may take up to 4 weeks to manufacture. There are no returns accepted on these metals.
Copper is a "living" metal that, without regular cleaning, will undergo a natural weathering process. Much like the formation of rust on iron, a patina develops on copper which actually protects the metal. If you prefer the new-penny look of copper, you can keep it shiny with regular care with a gentle cleaning agent such as Bar Keeper's Friend.

Porcelain Enamel
Porcelain enamel, our signature finish, is celebrated for its protective properties and unique, high-gloss surface. Every porcelain shade is fired in a special oven. To relieve the pressure that builds up in these high temperatures, one or more vent holes are included in the shade's design. The hole(s) are later sealed with silicon to prevent any chance of moisture intrusion that could damage the shade.
All fixtures undergo a strict quality control evaluation to ensure they meet our high standards; however, some minor blemishes may occur due to our hands-on construction and manufacturing processes. These blemishes do not affect the functionality of the fixture.

Lead Times & Returns
Lead Time: Standard lead time is 7-14 business days. For products in our Quick Ship Collection, standard lead time is 5-7 business days. Products utilizing natural metals including brass and copper may take up to 20-30 business days to manufacture.

Finish Care & Maintenance
No metal fixture, no matter the finish, is guaranteed against corrosion especially in salt air environments. If your fixture is installed in a location near salt water, we recommend cleaning it frequently.
If your fixture is not installed in a location near salt water, we recommend periodic cleaning with a mild soap-and-water wash and gentle buffing to extend the life of our painted finishes.

Love it, my husband was excited to receive his gift. Customer rep followed up when I forgot to list the cage color for light and gave input on what would give us the most vintage look. Would order again.

Great selection, wonderful quality and terrific price
The light is wonderful. Very high quality and easy to put together. The rubbed oil finish and glossy white interior look very nice in front of our house. The one mistake I made, because I had previously bought a similar light from a cheap competitor that was too small, was to oversize both the light and the arm. I tried visualizing it with a measuring tape before I ordered it, but wasn't sure because I wasn't able to hold it in my hand.
We have a two car garage. I put one of these lights on either size, and they are very large. I think I ordered the 18 inch light, but can't remember for sure. The point is, these are substantial lights, which is nice, but they are as large as they say they are (no skimping here). For my garage, which has two lights, I should have ordered one of the smaller sizes (12 or the next size larger). The larger size lights would be good where you want a single light, centered on a wall or garage, not two, unless you have a really large building.
I got exactly what I ordered. These lights are the quality that I hoped and expected. I'm very happy.
