WINE DOWN: Wind down for the night with a glass of red wine (after hours, of course). Red wine is full of antioxidants that can help prevent coronary artery disease.
LAUGHTER CHALLENGE: Enjoy something that makes you laugh for at least one hour (ie: funny movies, comedy shows)! Laughing engages your core and releases 'feel good' hormones that reduces stress.
FRESH AIR AND FOOD: Enjoy the outdoors and a meal outside rather than indoors (breakfast, lunch or dinner).
GAME TIME: Play a game with someone!
DAWN OR DUSK: Take time to enjoy a sunrise or sunset.
NEW RECIPE CHALLENGE: Find and create a new recipe using only healthy ingredients (bring it to the office for others to enjoy too!).
PAY IT FORWARD: Complete an act of kindness for someone without asking for anything in return.
NEW ACTIVITIES CHALLENGE: Try a new physical activity you've never done before (ie: skateboarding, paddle boarding, tennis, rowing machine)!
HELPING OTHERS: Spend at least five hours volunteering in your community (if applicable, don't forget to tag the organization you volunteered for as well).
POSITIVE VIBES: Leave a positive note for a stranger.
GET MOVING: Walk or run for at least 1 hour!
WEAR RED: On Friday, February 4th wear a red shirt or clothing item in support of National Wear Red Day, a day dedicated to raising awareness for heart disease and strokes.
PARKADE: Next time you park at the office or grocery store choose the furthest spot away from the building!
JOYRIDE: Go for a bike ride (indoors or out).
BARN LIGHT SWAG ADVENTURE: Have any Barn Light swag around the office (mini shade, finish sample or catalog perhaps)? Take our swag on a field trip to at least THREE different outdoor locations!
