By combining nautical stylings with an industrial warehouse shade, the Sydney bridges the gap between the various worlds of industrial lighting. The Sydney reflects both the styles and durability possessed by vintage lights. This flush mount lighting stands up to the various challenges it faces throughout its life. Constructed entirely by hand, this pendant reflects the quality of American made lighting. The Sydney lasts for generations in any setting — both indoor and outdoor!
Hugging the ceiling, the Sydney is hung from a space-saving flush mount. The cast guard-and-glass pendant makes up the base of the fixture which is completed with a traditional RLM warehouse shade. This allows any space to receive both the style and durability found exclusively in industrial lighting fixtures. Dictate the overall style of your pendant lighting with the finish option. Let it blend in with the rest of your decor or select a vibrant option to create a stunning focal point. Match the cast guard and shade together. Or mix and match for a truly unique flush mount pendant!

Copper & Brass
For oil-rubbed copper, weathered copper and brass finishes, slight variations may occur from shade to shade.
Copper and brass fixtures have a longer lead time and may take up to 4 weeks to manufacture. There are no returns accepted on these metals.
Copper is a "living" metal that, without regular cleaning, will undergo a natural weathering process. Much like the formation of rust on iron, a patina develops on copper which actually protects the metal. If you prefer the new-penny look of copper, you can keep it shiny with regular care with a gentle cleaning agent such as Bar Keeper's Friend.
Lead Times & Returns
Standard lead time is 7-14 business days. This is not applicable to commercial orders, Quick Ship lighting or furniture. Quick Ship lighting has a standard lead time of 5-7 business days. Furniture requires a 4-6 week lead time. Copper and brass products have a longer lead time and may take up to 4 weeks to manufacture.
Returns are accepted for most products within 30 days of delivery. We do not accept returns for fixtures that have been installed or are damaged. There are no returns accepted on furniture items, natural metal products, or products assembled with GU24 sockets, integrated LED's or light bulbs. All fixtures undergo a strict quality control evaluation to ensure they meet our high standards; however, some minor blemishes may occur due to our hands-on construction and manufacturing processes. These blemishes do not affect the functionality of the fixture.
Finish Care & Maintenance
No metal fixture, no matter the finish, is guaranteed against corrosion, especially in salt air environments. If your fixture will be installed in a location near salt water, we recommend cleaning it monthly.
If your fixture is not installed in a location near salt water, we recommend periodic cleaning with a mild soap-and-water wash and gentle buffing to extend the life of our painted finishes.
I have bought many lights for various construction projects, all the way from hampton bay (home depot) to Restoration Hardware. For the same price if not less than RH, this light was incredibly well built, strong stainless screws. This is my new lighting company. Very impressed

If I were able to design light fixtures I'd do the whole Barn Light Electric catalogue. Fortunately they've done it for me, and I hope to purchase more! I love all the finishes and colors offered and how easy it is to get exactly the fixture you need. Great products and service.
