Before moving in I was also curious if the neck would extend the light far enough over the counter. I’ve had no issues whatsoever. Currently, there are 60w incandescent bulbs (clear glass) in each of them. I don’t even turn them on that often, but when I do they serve the purpose very well. Hope this helps!
