THE MEETING OF THE ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT was called to order at 7:30pm by Chairman, Nancy Spark, who stated that the notice of this meeting has been published and posted in accordance with requirements set forth in the New Jersey Open Public Meetings Act.
The Pledge of Allegiance followed.

AT THIS TIME the Chairman asked for a motion to approve the minutes of the September, 2007
meeting. Mr. Stiles so moved, seconded by Mr. Kaminski and concurred by all.

RESOLUTION ZB 07-04

THIS RESOLUTION memorialized the action taken by the Board at the September meeting. This
Application was approved. Chairman, Nancy Spark asked the board members if they had reviewed
this resolution. All indicated that they had. Mr. Kuhlman moved to approve the resolution,
seconded by Mr. Wark.

OTHER BUSINESS: Board Secretary, Nancy Manookian, passed out the results of Mr. Fabiani’s court cast. The Superior Court of New Jersey upheld this Board’s findings. There was discussion. The Board members were very pleased but wondered what the cost of this was to the Borough.
OPEN PUBLIC SESSION: On a motion made by Mr. Wark, seconded by Mr. Kuhlman and concurred by all, the meeting was opened to the public. Mr. Dave Bossi congratulated the Board on the Courts decision. There being no public comments Mr. Kuhlman moved to close the public portion. This was seconded by Mr. Stiles and concurred by all.
THERE BEING NO FURTHER BUSINESS BEFORE THE ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT, ON A MOTION MADE BY MR. STILES, THE MEETING WAS ADJOURNED.
