THE MEETING OF MAYOR AND COUNCIL
BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council, the Governing Body
of the Borough of Barnegat Light, shall hold their regular meetings as follows:

RESOLUTION 05-002
RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH OF BARNEGAT
LIGHT,
PROVIDING FOR A TEMPORARY BUDGET FOR
THE BOROUGH OF BARNEGAT LIGHT
WHEREAS, NJSA 40A:4-19 provides for the making of temporary appropriations for
the period
WHEREAS, the Governing Body desires to provide for the
orderly method of meeting claims during the period prior to the adoption of the
2005 Budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following appropriation which do not
exceed twenty-five percent (25%) of the 2004 appropriations exclusive of Debt
Service, Capital Improvement Fund and Public Assistance, and hereby adopted as

EMPLOYING WATER SEWER
SUPERINTENDENT FOR THE BOROUGH.
WHEREAS, the Borough of Barnegat Light desires to reappoint Arthur Ballinger as
Superintendent of Water-Sewer for the Borough of Barnegat Light.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of
Barnegat Light,
1. That the Mayor and Council do hereby appoint
Arthur Ballinger as Water-Sewer Superintendent for the year 2005.
2. That Arthur Ballinger be compensated
according to the Salary Ordinance of the Borough of Barnegat Light as amended
from time to time.
